Use This Time to Get On Top Of Your Work
If you are busy at work, this might be a good time to try and get on top of your work, empty the email inbox and catch up with those things you haven’t managed to get round to. If you usually have a commute, the sit down to work at the time you would usually set off for your commute and finish at the time you would usually get home. These extra hours can make all the difference in catching up with your work and a clear inbox or knowing that you are not falling behind with work can have a massive benefit to your mental health.
