Tees Barrage

Hang out in the area and see who's about. If someone catches your eye, give a little cough to let him know you're interested. Be wary of non-cruisers and dog walkers. From the car park go on foot through the white water course to the footpath that runs along the river.  Head towards the Newport bridge all along that path there are places to go just hang about.
