How do I format my film review?
Here is the Film Review template that you should adhere to if you want your review to appear on THEGAYUK.
TITLE: FILM REVIEW | Name Of the film
SUBHEAD: A one-line headline for the review, should sum up the experience in a few words.
STAR RATING: (1 to 5 stars) please see our star-rating document to properly assign a star.
PICTURE: Please include any pictures sent to you by the press team, and don’t forget to include the credits.
THE STORY: The brief synopsis of the piece. Should endeavour to introduce all the main characters with the actors’ names in (brackets) at first mention.
THE PULL APART: This is the meat of your review. What was good, what wasn’t, who was outstanding; who wasn’t? Don’t forget you can focus on locations, design, wardrobe, directing, acting, music etc. Songs should be put into Italics.
SUMMARY: Last paragraph, which rounds up your thoughts about the film.
